Steamed Diced Veggies


Serves: 2 | Prep time: 10 minutes | Total time: 15 minutes
INGREDIENTS
Diced bell peppers | 1 cup
Corn | 1 cup
Diced red onions | 1 cup
Diced carrots | 1 cup
Olive oil | 1 tsp
Black pepper | 1 tsp
Salt | .25 tsp
DIRECTIONS
Start with pan on medium heat and pour in
olive oil.Add onions, then bell peppers, then carrots,
and lastly, corn. Stir between each addition.Add salt and peppers to taste.
Keep stirring until your preferred texture.
