Temi's Slaw

Ingredients:
1 cup cabbage -21 calories
0.5 cup carrots - 26 calories
0.5 tbsp onions - 2 calories
1/8 Cup Flaked smoked/canned fish - 38 calories (OPTIONAL)
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Using about a tbsp of water, steam cabbage and carrots on medium heat for about 5 minutes to soften it a little.
Add onions and fish to the cabbage and carrots, add salt and pepper; and let sit on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
Enjoy.
